The executive council is the governing and policy making organ of WASRA/AMFAO. The executive council comprises of the chief executive officers of member organizations. The executive council has the responsibility to establish a technical committee which shall be the implementing organ of WASRA/AMFAO.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE (IMPLEMENTATION BODY)

The technical committee is the body responsible for for advising the executive council on technical issues with its terms of reference. The technical committee comprises of representatives of ordinary members appointed by the executive council.
